Scope Of Work

This project was a complete remodel of an old 3-story bank into a night club, 3 Bars, Restaurant and Live concert hall.
New framing and footings were required to create the new spaces reconfiguration and to be structurally sound.
New plumbing, HVAC, Electrical were designed and existing slab and large vault concrete walls cut to do required footings and to place underground utilities.
This project required a changed of use permits and involved the metro division to lease parking space to Owners for Patrons use.
Vaults in the basements were cored through to allow for ducts and system required by code. New Fireproofing, sprinklers and passageways separates the spaces into a number of different and unique genres.
Multiple bar areas in the Nightclub area and upstairs events and VIP rooms were all customs designed and built on site.
Flooring was carpet and wood combinations with bathrooms in Granite and tile. The stage was built in to accommodate Live shows and video / audio required throughout for the Night Club and the Events areas.
New steel post and beam systems were installed to maintain the structural integrity for the New and Existing structure.
Doors to the exterior were cut into the existing Masonry walls and framed in steel to allow for new steel doors for required fire escapes.
Requirements for All new Fire life safety, ADA compliance, Stairs and Elevator access, Health departments, Multiple service areas Mechanical co-ordination, Parking areas, Lighting, paving and striping.
Imbuia Performed as General Contractor and Project Manager through Design and construction, co-ordinating all Mechanical, Architectural and Structural aspects of the overall scope. The final outcome is an amazing Up beat HUB. Centrally Located in the North Hollywood Arts District.
