Prior to joining BrandPoint Services, Sonya worked in the automotive aftermarket in both training and customer service leadership roles. Sonya’s experience is in sales and customer service. Along with that experience comes a track record of delivering projects on time and on budget. While at BrandPoint Services, Sonya has been responsible for onboarding new vendors and has worked extensively to increase our trade base.
Sonya enjoys relaxing with a good book, crafting and volunteering.
Steve Hearon was appointed President of BrandPoint Services in January of 2012 and made CEO in 2017. Prior to that Steve was the Vice President of Franchise Development for CertaPro Painters, North America’s largest franchised painting company, from 2005 through 2011, and prior to that Director of Operations for AAMCO Transmissions. Steve’s contracting and construction background dates back to 1992, when he obtained his BSBA from Bucknell University and immediately opened his own contracting business. His 25 years of business management bring effective customer needs analysis, strong operating systems, and quality execution in the field. Steve’s vision for BrandPoint is to be recognized as the best solution for refresh program management, delivering superior customer service and continuous improvement.
Arika joins BrandPoint after wowing our production management team with her attention to detail as a Quality Assurance Inspector. Prior to that, she was an account manager who worked with construction companies on best practices and improving customer experience. Arika enjoys utilizing her retail and construction background to deliver solutions for Brandpoint’s clients.
Arika works out of Orange County, California and brings the sunshine wherever she goes. She enjoys riding her bike and spending time at the beach with her husband and daughter.
Prior to joining BrandPoint Services, Emily worked as a Project Coordinator in the insurance industry. While in that role she enjoyed managing projects, working with various regional field offices, and facilitating vendor interactions. Her attention to detail combined with her organizational and interpersonal skills allow her to provide exceptional customer service and always deliver on her project goals.
Emily graduated from the University of Scranton with a degree in Marketing and is currently pursuing an MBA from Philadelphia University. Outside of work, she enjoys playing on her softball team, running and spending time with family.
Jennie comes to BrandPoint from one of the top 20 accounting and business consulting firms in the nation where she worked as an Executive Assistant. She has an extensive background in management and operations, assisting in developing and opening 13 Planet Fitness facilities in the state of Pennsylvania. Jennie strives to learn and grow with any task that she is given.
Jennie has a B.S. in Sport Psychology from Slippery Rock University. Jennie’s achievements also include playing racquetball in the Jr. Olympics and coaching High School Varsity Girls Lacrosse in Delaware County. Outside of the office, Jennie enjoys traveling, sports and spending time with her friends and family.
Lura joins BrandPoint after 12 years working for Sherwin Williams as a store manager. She enjoys working with contractors on project specifications and helping them to grow their businesses. Lura is detail-oriented and strives to give each of her clients the highest-level of customer service.
When she is not at work she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, attending Penn State football games and going to concerts and shows at the local theaters.
Lura has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Philadelphia.
Nadine has been with BrandPoint for more than 5 years. Prior to joining BrandPoint, she worked with Service Inspired Restaurants as a Project Coordinator, Vezina Party Centre as a part time Manager, and she also worked on contract as a building inspector for different cities in the Montreal,Quebec area.
Nadine has a Bachelor’s Degree in International Urban Planning from the University of Quebec in Montreal and a College diploma in Urban and Regional Planning Technology.
As a Project Manager, Nadine’s goal is to make her work an exciting learning experience and to provide exceptional Customer Service.
Prior to joining BrandPoint Services, Rick spent 20 years in residential home construction, building, parking lot and landscape maintenance and design, as well as snow removal. Rick has a landscape architecture degree from Penn State University and an MBA from Eastern University in St. Davids, PA.
Based out of Oaks, PA, Rick enjoys spending time with his family. He is an avid surf fisherman and coaches youth soccer for West Chester United Soccer Club.
Prior to joining BrandPoint Services, Ryan worked as a Project Manager in both the Residential and Commercial Construction fields. He has over 10 years of experience working on large roll out multi-site programs as well as high end finishes. Ryan concentrates on being a valued member of his client’s team on every project.
Based out of the Oaks, PA office, Ryan received his B.S from Widener University and he enjoys sports and spending time with his family.
Adam grew up in the Boston area but has also lived in Orlando, Tampa, Los Angeles, and then to Philadelphia. He started his career in the golf industry in Florida. Adam spent 6 years as a golf professional in Orlando and Tampa. Adam has also been a Touring Professional. While in California in he started his sales career working in the mortgage industry. He spent 2 years there before returning to Philadelphia where he worked for an Industrial Sales company in B2B sales. Adam then became part of the CertaPro sales team prior to transferring to BrandPoint Services.
Adam’s interests include golf, travel, snowboarding, and movie trivia.
Prior to joining BrandPoint Services, Carly achieved expertise in project and account management with facility and construction management companies. She met marked customer cost savings and strategic enhancement goals by creating successful, collaborative partnerships. With an extensive background in hotel/resort/restaurant management, she knows the intricacies of operations, as well as the nuances of how businesses can set themselves apart through cost-effective refresh upgrades, along with creating friendly and pleasing environments in a competitive marketplace. Carly practices the skill of active listening and a service-minded approach toward exceeding any customer’s request.
She graduated from the University of South Carolina. She now resides in Los Angeles, California, where she enjoys the beach, playing competitive soccer and the outdoors.
Dave joined the BrandPoint Services Team in 2010. Prior to joining, Dave had 25+ years of experience working with national and regional retailers for their construction service program needs, store fixture design and development and fixture installation. His background includes consultative selling and project management services to a broad range of retail formats including, Department Stores, General Merchandise, Big Box, Specialty Retail, Brand Merchants, Grocery, and Convenience Stores. He has an understanding of the unique needs and expectations of each. Dave focuses on conducting client-specific needs analysis and developing tailored product and service solutions to insure expectations are identified, documented and delivered. Dave offices in Bowling Green Kentucky, just north of Nashville.
Dave has his B.S. from Nebraska Wesleyan University. Outside interests include Boy Scouts, boating and fishing.
With nearly 20 years of experience in the national sign industry, Gary joined BrandPoint in the Spring of 2017. Gary has significant experience assisting chain stores, automotive dealerships and fast food restaurants in their image change-out projects, working through the national, regional and franchisee levels. His experience in both the operations, installation and project management area, as well as sales allows him to provide a consultative approach to his customers.
Gary enjoys spending time with his family, working in his yard, playing golf and following the sports programs of his alma mater, The University of Tennessee, where he earned a BS in Marketing. He has two sons, both active in sports; when he’s not watching them play, he finds spending time with them on the golf course particularly rewarding.
Mike is an experienced sales and marketing professional who joined BrandPoint in January 2018. He enjoys working with the BrandPoint team to deliver solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. Prior to joining our team, Mike was a franchise owner and operator of All Country Property Management.
Mike enjoys watching his teenage daughters play field hockey and live music.
Marguarite just celebrated 10 years with BrandPoint Services! Prior to that she worked 2 years for CertaPro Painters, Commercial Division. Graduating from Penn State with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business, she brings seven years of accounting experience to the team. Marguarite is not only a team player, but a team leader. Through her ability to analyze a situation and find a solution, this makes her a great asset. She’s dedicated to meeting deadlines, hitting goals and providing excellent customer service.
Nathan has over 15 years of experience in the commercial construction, painting refresh and re-brand space. He has worked with national and regional accounts in assessing their maintenance needs and devising custom programs. Nathan brings a collaborative and transparent sales approach in understanding client requirements with a focus on communication throughout the project.
Nathan’s home base is in Colorado with his wife and two boys. He received his B.S. from the University of Oregon and pursued an MBA from Regis University. He enjoys endurance running, biking and playing in the Rocky Mountains with his family.
Prior to joining Brandpoint Services, Sabrina worked for a non-profit mental health agency for 20 years as the Fiscal Director. Sabrina earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Business from Chestnut Hill College. As a member of the Brandpoint Family, she brings energy, efficiency and knowledge to the already outstanding Accounting Team.
Sabrina’s outside interests include taking care of her animals, weightlifting and HGTV shows.
