Our Story

AMRON was founded by Robert T. Williams in 1967 with the goal to provide construction services to owners of residential and commercial building projects. We have over forty years of experience in all aspects of construction management and operations. In our many years of service we developed and managed multi-million dollar projects including but not limited to: townhouses, condominiums, single and multi-family housing units, subterranean and semi-subterranean parking, hospital facilities, ball-park stadiums, city-center malls, and large commercial projects including a sixty million dollar academic campus.

AMRON assists owners by establishing a fundamental understanding and methodology in approaching a potential construction project via: creating conceptual projects via design and cost analysis with present industry assumptions; establishing construction documents to create visualization for the project’s duration and financial ramifications; and providing flexible options for synchronizing project scheduling / cost containment to bring the project to realization and completion.

AMRON assisted with developing tenant improvement and base building for a renowned Los Angeles hospital; renovation studies for a major stadium; project feasibility and development of a sanctuary and senior living complex; and feasibility study and cost analysis for a multi-use project in downtown Los Angeles.
