Oakbrook Builders, LLC strives to be a fast-paying general contractor that focuses on the needs of our clients, employees, subcontractors, and suppliers. We believe that fostering a healthy, customer service oriented environment is the key to long lasting, mutually beneficial working relationships.

We specialize in the construction and renovation of senior housing facilities and multifamily facilities using design build and construction management project delivery formats. Our leadership team has delivered over 50 free-standing prjects across 19 states including Independent Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, and Medical Specialty clinics. In addition, the team has completed dozens of renovations of occupied skilled nursing facilities. The Oakbrook Builders team is known for its knowledge in managing projects from site selection through the state licensure process.

Once you have been awarded a project, you will work with the Project Manager to complete the following:

  • Work Release
  • Scope of Work
  • Other required documentation as needed
