Sappa Valley Construction LLC is owned and operated by Kevin and Jackie Brown, located at 1831 Highway 83 in Oberlin KS.

Kevin is an Oberlin native and we have raised our family here.

We have been in business for thirty plus years, proudly serving Oberlin and surrounding communities.

Our goal is to provide each customer with a unique building, using quality materials and experienced craftsmanship.

It is our privilege to work with two well known building suppliers, Wick Buildings located in Mazomanie WI and Energy Panel Structures located in Graettinger IA.

Please check out our link in the gallery section to the LandMark Inn here in Oberlin. We were fortunate to help preserve this building in 1996. They provide comfortable accommodations for travelers, a fine dining experience, and gift shop.

If you have a chance to visit Oberlin we hope you will have time to take in a movie at Sunflower Cinema or enjoy a game or two of bowling at Sunflower Recreation. These buildings along with the Golden Age Senior Center are three separate buildings sharing one roof, which we are proud to say is a Wick Building.

Business continues steady. We are getting more "shouse" inquires as people in the area are liking the idea of a house and shop attached.
