Riead Home Construction LLC

You might say that building homes is in the family genes. Going back generations as far back as the nineteenth century in Holland this family as always been involved in new home construction.

In 1986 John Riead started Riead Homes Construction, establishing a well earned reputation as a custom home builder. John's motto has always been "build a home that I would want to live in myself".

In 2006 John partnered with brother Alan and son Don to form Riead Homes Construction LLC, quickly earning a reputation as one of Kansas City's premium quality new home builders.

Don brought in years of construction experience and a degree in business. Don's primary responsibilities are the day to day operations of the company.

Alan, with over twenty years of real estate experience and a degree in Industrial Technology, primarily concentrates on planning and marketing the company.

Together, the Rieads have a genuine passion for building new homes.
