We do private work only. We specialize in servicing property managers and contractors that want a quality long term roof.  Green roofs, commercial roofs, sloped roofs. We prefer to work for people that have heard of our quality from reviews.  Please do not call if you just want a cheap price. We will, however, bid on spec work where everyone is bidding on the same thing. We supply our own guarantees and are willing to work with manufacturers like Manville, Fibertite, Tamko, Terrace waterproofing, Vulkem, Barret Roofs,  GAF, and others. We are experts at tapered insulation providing proper roof drainage. Experts in all types of roofing and roof repairs. The toughest leaks are resolved in any part of the complete building envelope. We are not union, we work well with consultants and specifiers.  We have learned most from working on very high-end building with great Architects and engineers. We understand masonry, metal, windows, wall construction adjacent to any type of roof. 

We are members of the Roof Consultants Institute but we do not operate as consultants. 

Our biggest specialty is roof repair, below grade waterproofing repair, and masonry repair.
