Scope Of Work
Construct new offices within existing warehouse building including one new mezzanine approximate 6,000 S.F. for new offices. Installation of 35 water closets, 10 Urinals & 29 Lavatory’s.
Construct new training room, break room, toilet rooms, locker area for employee use. Install new roof top air handing units. Add 200LF of exterior trench for additional 5000 amps of power for conveying systems.Total remodel area: 406,000 S.F.
