Scope Of Work
In the best neighborhood in the city, William Land Park, we are planning a modest home sub-division, Swanston Oak. These homes will be single family homes on full size lots on a private drive. We will employ state of the art systems to construct these homes, ensuring that sound from the freeway to remains outside and giving the term silence a new golden meaning. This subdivision will be secluded and private, with dedicated open space, giving the project an open park-like feeling. Swanson Oak should be ready to occupy by the summer of 2017.
