Scope Of Work

Center Court Creekside is 108 unit condominium development project that Michael Moser Development will begin building in 2016.   The project is situated in a solid, gated and pristine community located in South Sacramento, CA. The 108 units are broken down into 8 separate three (3) story buildings. The land is being contributed as part of the equity contribution by the developer. The development plan is to construct half of the 108 units (54 units) and complete the remainder units when the initial 54 units are sold out or substantially sold out. The target market is entry level and homeowners seeking to re-enter the market. The sub-division currently contains senior residents and is ideally suited for buyers seeking a gated community which is currently complete with clubhouse, community pool and other services typical of a gated housing community.

The project will comprise 8 individual three story buildings, site improvements and parking areas. The project is located on a main public transportation line with grocery stores, gas stations, movie theaters, hospitals and restaurants within 3 miles of the project location.
