Scope Of Work
This project is a 29,721 sq ft, fully entitled and proposed medical / office development located in Sacramento, CA. The property is comprised of 1.06 acres of prime land improved with 6,270 sq ft of existing office space which will be razed, then redeveloped as permitted under the current approved entitlements. The property is located within the University Avenue professional office sub-market and adjacent to Sacramento State University Campus. Sacramento State University can be accessed by utilizing the 1144 foot long Guy A. West suspension bridge directly across the street from 910 University Avenue. The project is located in the development known as Campus Commons PUD, which is comprised of 259 gross acres of land, of which there are only 65 acres of commercial land. This is the last remaining piece of property for re-development in a very limited sub-market, with little to no office/ medical office vacancy.
