Edge Concrete Company, Inc. is a full-service concrete contractor serving Northern Virginia, Maryland and DC. We are a family-owned and operated business, established in 2011. We provide commercial and residential concrete solutions at competitive rates. We are a Virginia Class A Contractor, licensed and insured for our clients’ peace of mind. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail, communication with customers, and superb craftsmanship. The owners of Edge Concrete Company, Inc. have many years of combined experience working in the concrete industry. Our company specializes in remove and replace concrete for Homeowners Associations (HOA) and Property Management companies, providing such services as new sidewalks, curb and gutter, handicap ramps, loading docks, dumpster pads and concrete pavement. We also work with stamped concrete, concrete driveways, pool decks, and concrete steps.

Some of our recent projects include the National Zoo, Fort Belvoir, several U.S. Post Offices, Lockheed Martin, Marriott Hotels, and the Fannie Mae Corporate Office.

Darren Welch – President
Darren has 20+ years’ experience in the construction industry, including concrete installation, earthwork, grading, stone, utilities, and asphalt installation. He started in the field as a laborer, and worked his way up the ranks as an equipment operator, pipe layer, crew leader, foreman, superintendent, project manager, and general superintendent for major construction companies in the Northern Virginia and Maryland area.

Eugene Baldwin – Vice President
Eugene also has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry, including concrete installation, grading, stone, and asphalt installation. He started in the field as a laborer, and worked his way up the ranks as an equipment operator, crew leader, foreman, superintendent, project manager, and general superintendent for major construction companies in the Northern Virginia and Maryland area.

Renee Baldwin – Exectutive Administator
