Building Commissioning Coalition

Formed in 1996, Building Commissioning Coalition (BCxCoa) started out as Neptune Mechanical,  Inc. in California.  With the background as a nuclear power engineer in the US Navy, John Grichuhin operated quality control and calibration laboratories on support facilities and later in his 15 year Navy career as A-division officer overseeing the refrigeration, steam, hydraulics, repair and boat shops.  Joining the union as a journeyman steamfitter, obtaining his master refrigeration and gas fitting certifications in the mid ‘70’s.  Besides service schools in engineering, refrigeration and engineering officer’s school John Grichuhin attended the University of Maryland, University of California, and California State University for his BS’s in mechanical engineering and cognitive psychology.
