Founded in 1991, Cornerstone Architects is an architectural and interior design firm specializing in healthcare, office, residential (single and multi-family), and commercial (industrial and retail). Having worked together at Marshall Erdman, a national design/build healthcare firm, founders Richard Morse and Richard Peterson felt strongly their years of experience coupled with their depth of knowledge in this branch of design would lead to success in the start of their new business. This path was not only a logical choice, but strategically smart for a small business in a difficult economic climate. Though the years, Cornerstone has become a leading competitor in this arena and has completed many successful projects working with developers, hospitals, private practices, as well as the Veterans Administration.
