Scope Of Work
Originally home of the founders of the Desert Sanatorium that would evolve into the Tucson Medical Center campus decades later. Tasks on this circa 1927 Henry Jaastad-designed structure included removal and replacement of stucco, removal of non-essential or period-incorrect appurtenances, structural repairs to walls, and roof, and revamp grading to prevent water damage.
