We create intelligent 3D models for sheet metal, mechanical pipe, plumbing, electrical, and equipment. We can also model fire protection for systems designed and sized by others. All models will contain item properties and can be easily inserted into models for architecture and structure.  Plumbing, Mechanical Pipe, and Sheet Metal drawings can be exported out of the drawings and into material lists for fabrication and spooling. Files can be provided in just about any drawing format.

All models can be used for clash detection, coordination, presentation, & fabrication. BIM models are drawn in a manner as to also create your 2D coordination pdf/paper drawings.
