Scope Of Work

Icehaus Brewery blends the outdoor lifestyle of Bend, Oregon with its iconic attraction of brew pubs. The 4,000-square foot facility is situated on .8 acres at the edge of Downtown. Over 2,000 square feet of Icehaus is a dedicated seating area; including a second floor patio with full bar and an indoor mezzanine overlooking the first floor space. The 14-foot high glass garage doors open up, removing the boundaries between the interior space and the year-round outdoor plaza. The plaza features eight food trucks, a splash pad, radiant heated benches, fire pits, and ample seating spaces. 

Inside the industrial décor of Icehaus you will find five beers brewed in-house, directly supplied to the ground floor and patio bars with glycol chilled lines, views into the brewing room, ample light, and a large open vault ceiling. Icehaus is expected to begin construction in Spring 2018.
