Scope Of Work

Structura collaborated with Drawbridge Realty Partners and Levy Architects to reposition an existing office building creating a flexible, light-filled space that will accommodate many uses—creative class offices, lab uses or showrooms. The multi-million dollar renovation included new entrances with two-story lobbies featuring wood and steel staircases. A custom steel trellis was installed to enhance the main entrance. Floor to ceiling wood walls add warmth and visual interest in the lobbies. Energy efficient windows were installed throughout along with new HVAC and roof.

This easily accessible location, in close proximity to Downtown Austin and Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, attracted Younicos, a German-American technology company that develops and sells energy storage systems and control software, as a tenant for 32,487 sf of the building.
