This high-density upscale urban project contains approximately 143,000-square feet on 4 acres. Anchored by a 14-screen two-story Century Theater, Olympia Place's other tenants include Cost Plus World Market and a number of smaller specialty shops. This project also included the construction of an associated 260,000 square-foot, three-story parking structure for 600 vehicles.
