High Performance Structures, Inc. (HPS) specializes in Insulating Concrete Forms (ICF) installations. ICF construction is a superior, yet cost-effective alternative to traditional foundation forming, CMU and framed construction, providing exceptional strength, durability and energy performance due to the continuous insulation of ICF walls. HPS's staff includes of a crew of experienced ICF installers and footer form setters. HPS provides a wide range of services, including: ICF installation training, commercial and residential new construction and large remodels, footer forming and ICF installation.
HPS was established in 2015 by Daniel and Martine Vogel, the company’s A – licensed contractors and owners of Open Range Construction Co.. an ICF design and construction consulting firm, established in 2005. Both former teachers, Dan was the instructor for the Building Trades program at Widefield High School, teaching all facets of building to high school students. Dan and Martine are committed and involved community members and have a good working relationship with the local building officials. Dan served as a commissioner on the Woodland Park planning board for 3 years. Martine is a LEED-AP and served as a member of the Colorado Department of Labor’s State Energy Sector Partnership Advisory Board.
