Elizabeth River Mechanical (ERM) is a small business that is locally owned and operated in Portsmouth, VA. ERM is currently involved in the following projects: Vet clinics, mini storage, banks, warehouses, retail stores, strip stores, custom homes, office buildings, apartment complexes, fire stations and government buildings. 

John Kubichan has been involved in the HVAC industry since 1980. In his 36 years of experience he has worked on residential homes and apartment complexes but specializes in commercial buildings including movie theaters, retail shopping centers, government projects and VRF systems.  His government experience includes design builds from the designer phase through commissioning at Ft. Lee, Ft. Eustis, Little Creek and Norfolk Naval Base. His VRF system experience includes everything from new homes to 140 ton mini storage facilities and 300 ton apartment projects.
