Ian Mahon's Bio
Ian comes from a long line of French Acadian builders dating back fifteen generations that have continually produced Acadian building design in the Americas that combined quality, functional architecture, and easy on the eye aesthetics. Seeing things built is part of his basic nature. Yet, Ian has an incredible sense of design, function, and technology, a skill not often found in a general contractor.
After graduating from San Diego State University with a degree in business and information systems, he started Level 3 Construction with his father. Together they built custom homes and remodeled existing ones. Their building success helped to open doors toward commercial construction where they began hotel and restaurant renovations. Ian’s intuitive sense of design, attention to client satisfaction, and quality of materials has rewarded the firm with contracts from high-end boutique hotels, one of a kind restaurants, and major brand name hospitality destinations.
Ian’s leadership of always looking to best the last project, continually improving upon construction methods and delivery of natural design expertise provides clients with a single source of hospitality and restaurant general construction across California.
