is located within the Barton Campus of Greenville Technical College in Greenville, South Carolina. The two (2)-story, 19,343 square foot building was originally constructed in 1980. The building consists of mostly office and administrative areas. The scope of work included identifying the highest priority repair/replacement needs and provide a plan to strategically and efficiently reduce the current backlog of deferred maintenance.
