Scope Of Work
KSW Construction is working closely with the developer of the new Liberty Business Park. This is the fourth building completed in this development that offers multiple tenant spots on two floors. This 20,089 square foot retail building, resembling Italy’s architecture, will have a restaurant on the first floor and offices on the second. The full 2-story 3-sided windowed turret includes a spiral staircase allowing the full glow of the afternoon sunshine! The building mimics an existing building across the street. The twin -style buildings is accompanied by another retail building and a hotel.
