Carlson Construction Management has been a general contractor for over 35 years. Carlson Construction Management was originally founded by Lindley Carlson in 1968. Since 1969, we have been a preferred general contractor by McDonald's, one of the largest fast-food chain restaurants in the nation. Our repeat business with McDonald's and other large chain restaurants serve as a representation of the quality work that we continue to provide.

Our current president, Mr. Ron VanMeter, has over 29 years in construction experience, from job supervision, project management bidding and overall general management for our company. Mrs. Regina Keeling, the corporate secretary, has been the office manager for Carlson for over 30 years and handles all accounting functions as well as draw applications and project coordination. Mr. Max Shafto, senior project manager, has over 30 years in construction experience, from carpentry, superintendent, job scheduling, bidding and project management.
