Our Story
| Founded in 2011 by Kevin Cleveland and David Sokolowski, C&S was built from the ground up to be different from the competition. Years of hands-on, in-the-field experience gives Kevin and David a different perspective of the construction industry, knowing and understanding, first-hand, the complexities of managing a job site. This view allows them to better manage a project by anticipating obstacles and finding solutions before they cause delays and change-orders.
Budget overruns and inflated schedules are all too common in the construction industry and C&S is changing that with a philosophy of teamwork and relationship building. This attitude is not limited to the management but shared throughout the entire company. |

| Kevin Cleveland is co-founder and co-managing partner of C&S. Kevin brings his experience as a Master Plumber and the owner of Cleveland Plumbing Contractors and has spent almost two decades learning every aspect the construction industry from field work to client management.
Kevin's well-versed construction experience is further demonstrated by his National Certification from the ICC as a Class A General Building Contractor and multiple state general contracting licenses. Mr. Cleveland believes that the most important part of any business is relationship building and truly understanding the client’s goals and expectations. Knowing and understanding his clients allows him to produce a product both he and his customer can and should be proud of. Kevin is proud of what C&S has accomplished and excited about the chance to help others see their ideas brought to life. |

| DAVID SOKOLOWSKI Managing Member |

| David Sokolowski is co-founder and co-managing partner of C&S. He brings with him years of general contracting experience and a philosophy of relationship building. Growing up in a military family, a sense of hard work has been instilled in him from a very early age, joining the workforce while still in elementary school.
David began his career in contracting at the age of 21 as a superintendent for a contractor located in Lewisville, Texas. He quickly gained the respect of both his subcontractors and clients due to his determined work ethic and problem solving abilities. Subcontractors would even lower their bids upon learning that David would be running a job. Mr. Sokolowski wants to bring his relationship building philosophy to C&S to help them to grow and succeed through repeat business and word-of-mouth referrals. He believes that this is accomplished by completing quality projects, on-time and on-budget. |
