Brad has 20 years experience in the construction industry, including 12 years with a specialty contractor in the public sector, 2 years as a partner in a small General Contractor in North Texas, and 5 years with Gordon Highlander. Brad has directly managed projects from the $200k to $25M range. He has extensive knowledge of building systems and brings a diverse background of experience ranging from Higher Education, Municipality, Healthcare including critical access, MOB and tenant finish outs.

Greg founded Gordon Highlander in 2007 and has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He is a third-generation builder whose passion is to build a legacy business. Greg has led Gordon Highlander through the completion of more than 2,060 projects totaling over $200 million in project value. His commitment to steadfast values of honesty, fairness and trust has guided the success of Gordon Highlander as a recognized and respected market leader. Brian Thompson has been a project manager with Gordon Highlander since 2016. In addition to the wealth of experience he has brought to the Gordon Highlander team, he also works with charities like Hearts and Hammers and Habitat for Humanity in his spare time. One of his biggest achievements during his construction career was working on the DART project at the Dallas-Fort Worth airport, during which he was able to bring his client huge savings with his experience and contacts with vendors. Brian specializes in interior work and new construction

Mandy’s experience in the tenant finish construction industry goes back to 2001. She has been with Gordon Highlander for over 10 years. Mandy plays a key role in bid development and excels in coordinating the efforts of construction managers and project subcontractors to generate the most productive results possible. She has a proven ability to understand potential risks and bring these issues to the forefront, ensuring that quality projects are delivered on time and under budget, with an eye toward integrity throughout the process.

Adam came to Gordon Highlander in 2013. As an experienced senior project accountant, he has managed finance and accounting for multiple multi-million dollar projects simultaneously, as well as over-seeing and training field accountants. At Gordon Highlander, Adam specializes in project accounting for all of our commercial construction projects, management of accounts payable and accounts receivable, business finance and accounting management, and of course building and maintaining budgets. His attention to detail and dedication to transparency are valuable assets to Gordon Highlander for all our projects.
