History:

Atlas Facilities Maintenance, founded as CIM in 1996 and quickly became one of the most awarded Facilities Maintenance companies in the Northwest. In 2001 CIM was recognized as the 3rd largest Maintenance Company in Oregon. In 2012, CIM combined forces with OBS and continued their growth throughout the Western U.S. The company focuses on putting customers first and on developing new relationships with building owners, managers and developers. In 2014, CIM officially transitioned into Atlas Facilities Maintenance.
