Scope Of Work

Interior alterations consisted of moving the reception desk and creating an office for Kathy, and storage room for rackets and such.  We removed interior store front walls and doors in few areas and some other obstructions to make way for new construction.  Throughout the entire space we laid new Karndean Loose Lay flooring.  Built a wall in the back, and to the right to make the two rooms, inclusive of all drywall and finishes, and ceilings too.  A major part of the construction was to remove  the existing reception desk and design, build and install new one.  After designing and laying out the new location, we fabricated a new "L" shaped desk to include (2) PC stations, a cash register, a large 36" appointment book, and under and over storage.  Each PC station was outfitted like a desk with flanking drawer cabinets and a counter top, the cash register section had combination of 3 cabinets with drawers and closed cabinet doors.  All finished with Wilsonart formica, and the "check writing" upper counter top was a 14' x 10' "L" shaped quartz top with cutouts for all items.  Some other carpentry items such as a chase to enclose a column with wiring inclusive of drywall and finishes, a custom 48" x 60" double cabinet doors with shallow frame to enclose all the controls for the racket courts, columns built in between the windows to make look more symetrical.  The entire level was painted as well.
