I contacted Aloha on the advise of a friend who had used them to replace their roof. My issue was a leak that three other companies could not figure out. The tech, Eric called to set up an appointment to inspect the roof and do a water test. When he arrived, he introduced himself and got right to work. After some time on the roof, he noticed that the when our roof was replaced(by another company) they failed to caulk around a vent that should have actually been replaced. He happened to have a new vent on his van and made the repairs and did another water test to ensure he had the problem resolved. We had strong rains yesterday, a week after his repair and NO LEAKS!!!!!! Problem solved. To top it off, the fee charged was less than we expected.
