Our Story

Iacoboni Site Specialists has grown from a utility business with a dozen employees, to a full site work package company of over 125 highly dedicated and skilled employees. We specialize in all aspects of site work including demolition, sediment control, grading, paving, and utilities. Our motto is "We work safely, honestly, and efficiently," and all jobs are performed with this in mind. Clients are always treated with first-rate service and expertise with a view towards cost efficiency and on-time completion of the job schedule.”

The company’s equipment list has grown from a few backhoes and loaders to a full complement of over 200 heavy pieces of machinery, a long list of trucks and vehicles, and the small tools and equipment that enables each crew to perform to its maximum production in its area of work.

Recent jobs include Coppin State Physical Education, Arundel Medical Center, Acute Care Plus Medical Center, The Fitzgerald, Fox Hill (Sunrise Senior Living).

Many of these clients have rewarded Iacoboni Site Specialists, Inc. with not just repeat business, but safety awards, Subcontractor of the Month Awards and letters of recommendation.

Iacoboni’s list of clients also includes various municipalities, including Baltimore County, Anne Arundel County, Harford County, Howard County, and the State Highway Administration. To highlight just two contracts, Iacoboni Site Specialists is presently in the midst of a five-year contract with Baltimore County to install storm drains and make inlet repairs at various locations throughout the County. The company has successfully completed a contract to install underground water tanks for fire protection at various locations in Baltimore County.

Last year Iacoboni Site Specialists did work on over 200 different projects. No job is too large or too small. Our clients know that they will be treated as a team leader and that we are on their team to perform to the best of our ability. We have the knowledge, expertise, and equipment to perform their job from initial clearing of the land to final paving of the new project in a time frame that meets or beats their stated schedules. Yet we are small enough to give each job personal attention.

Iacoboni Site Specialists is composed of dedicated individuals who pass this dedication on to each of their clients. In turn, many clients come back repeatedly, showing loyalty to a client many times evolves into loyalty to a subcontractor.

The success of the beginnings of a business are no more valued than its continuation. The beginnings indeed sometimes appear to be more romantic, but their continuations from generation to generation are as noteworthy as the foundations, if perhaps not as spectacular. The most remarkable aspect may well be the ability to maintain the characteristics and the spirit of the founders. That these artifacts of character can be passed from one generation to another and not lose their value is the one remarkable achievement of success. It is so with name Iacoboni.
