CCI Developments, Inc. was Founded in 2008 by Casey Cane. 

After being in the industry since a teenager and playing a major role on a few key projects for another construction firm in Central Florida, Casey moved up the ranks with a vivid understanding of construction practices, estimating, contract administration, and on and offsite operations, his father encouraged him to make his mark and start his own firm. 

Since its conception, CCI has completed hundreds of projects in and around the Central Florida Area. Starting with small residential remodels then moving into large scale commercial and industrial. CCI Developments has found that being aggressive in finding new opportunities in the industry is truly the only way to succeed, which is how we have developed a diverse approach to the construction trade.
