Cheney Construction Inc. is a proud member of the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce, the Salina Chamber of Commerce, and the American Building Contractors Association.  They have received numerous awards and commendations throughout their many years of service, including The American Concrete Institute Award for their remarkable construction of the Ackert Hall Expansion at Kansas State University.  Also, Cheney Construction received commendations for "on-time"/"on-budget" work in their building of the Norton State Prison (Norton, KS), as well as for their  "120 Day Completion" of the Manhattan BEST BUYTM (Grand Opening October 2006).
