Rooftop Services
Starr Mechanical, Inc. handles raising of condensing units, aluminum hurricane stands, roof drain installation, extending VTR’s, roof curb installation, adapters and extensions for rooftop HVACunits, as well as re-roofing mechanical services for commercial and industrial buildings. We work closely with most/all major roofing contractors to ensure the HVAC equipment mounted on rooftops is installed / re-installed correctly and to current building code. Roof curbs that are pitched to match roof configuration allows your equipment to stay level, saves installation time and money by eliminating shimming and eliminates leak situations.
