McMillan Builders was founded in 2008 by industry veteran Michael McMillan, whose 20+ year construction career is proven, having built many of Charlotte’s unique projects as a general contractor completing. restorations/renovations and new builds as well as specialized high level detail residential energy efficient home building. entrepreneur from an early age, McMillan excelled at finding ways to do things differently or “optimally,” a word he uses often.
