About Grout Tile Specialties is one of the oldest establishments of its kind in its industry. We have been here in the Seattle market since 1994 having spent seven years in Arizona doing tile installation and restoration. Our staff is trained in the latest approaches to managing the often difficult challenges associated with the upkeep of tile, stone and grouts. As the owner having dealt with "issues" for three decades, it is rare that we can not solve the problem.

The information gathered over the years addressing leaky and unsightly showers and tiled flooring has offered us valuable insights both about preferred installation methods and relative maintenance programs and repair processes that can protect these valued investments as we restore the original beauty and function. Properly treated tile and grout can offer years of satisfied low maintenance use.

About Grout Tile Specialties has made it their specialty about restoration and repair.  We do re-grouting, deep cleaning, color correction, repairs, and offer and install various sealers and finishes. Our Epoxy Sealer is specified on many of our projects for its durability, ease of maintenance, and ability to correct damaged and discolored grouts making them look like new.
