Our full line estimating, design and production team, allow us to remain budget compliant in all services we offer. GCC specializes in white box, tenant finish out, retail, ground up construction, hospitality, restaurants, entertainment, commercial insurance fire mitigation and restoration. GCC also offers sub contract services for all trades. GCC provides a 5,000.000.00 general liability policy, bonding and workman’s comp for all projects as required.
