This affordable senior housing project is a Colorado Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) funded project occupying 2.25 acres within the City of Wheat Ridge’s 8-acre Town Center North Redevelopment project. This project consists of 88 units in a single, 4-story stick frame building serviced by multiple elevators with a total of 89,200 square feet. The exterior is finished in brick and stucco. It is the first 9% low-income housing tax credit real estate transaction in the City’s history.
