Scope Of Work
Catamount has worked a few projects at the Castle Rock Adventist Health Campus, the first was the Castle Rock Medical Office Building (MOB). This building was a 62,000 SF, ground-up, 3-story, steel structure the Castle Rock Adventist Health Campus. In addition, Catamount completed the tenant build-out of three spaces for Castle Rock Dental Group, HealthFit, and RidgeGate OBGYN.
Another project Catamount worked on was the Healing Gardens. The Castle Rock Adventist Hospital Healing Gardens consisted of exterior work, adjacent to the MOB, including landscaping, irrigation, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and water line, and hardscaping with several site furnishings including a large water feature.
