One of those features, which we’ve never wavered on, is FIRST FLOOR LIVING. We’ve conquered hauling groceries up to a 2nd floor kitchen. But we haven’t gotten stagnant; our free-standing patio homes have evolved because we listened to our home buyers by adding more square footage to our most popular 2-story floor plan. We created a number of 3 story homes with 4 bedrooms, a study and game room all the while staying faithful to our first floor living concept. Our homeowners also required those homes to be located within walking distance of shopping, dining, entertainment, parks and hike-and-bike trails. Thus, after 15 years we have become known as The ROC Solid urban home builder in Houston’s Inner Loop area.

Even with all that our savvy home buyers still require an excellent value and we’ve listened. We hired an in-house award winning professional Designer who is also our Purchasing Manager and built our own Design Studio to save on time (yours and ours) instead of driving all over Houston to make your home selections.
