Scope Of Work

We came in after another contractor which is never ideal. However it was a local project w/ a GC that we had completed several other projects with, so we know we could work with him to get everything back on track. The project was a bar/restaurant in the train district in Berwyn. So along with a full kitchen & bar that need to be piped, we need to get the fire sprinkler system connected for the sprinkler contractor to be able to finish his work.

The janitors alcove was too small to accommodate a regular tank style hot water heater & at the same we had make sure that there was enough hot water for (2) dishwashers, triple basin sinks & prep sinks. We recommended that the restaurant go with 3 Navien tank-less heaters which were supplied by Ferguson. It was a win-win. They had a supply to meet their demand, the space to use the room as they originally hoped and in the long run they'll save a bunch of money by not keeping a 100 gallons of water at temp 24/7 365 days a year. With the 3 heaters, we created a redundancy so if one heater fails, they won't be totally out of hot water if they had only one tank like the original install.

We provided our time & talent to get the project back on track & help the owners get there newest venture open & running to start making a profit.
