Our Story

Integrated Systems Group has a series of alliances and partnerships with high caliber product manufacturers and service providers. Through each of these relationships, we can validate that we are delivering the high level of quality our customers demand

Integrated Systems Group, Inc. was formed in March, 2000. ISG was formally incorporated in the State of Alaska in December, 2002.

ISG is the successor company to Western States Fire Protection of Alaska and certain divisions of APi Systems Group ,Inc. ISG was formed from an asset purchase of several operations formerly owned by APi Group, Inc. APi offered ISG the opportunity to purchase assets and take over operations in Alaska and parts of Texas.

The result of that decision is that it allowed ISG to bring an immediate presence into the marketplace, continue to operate with its core field of expertise, retain some of the same staff, and to remain capable of doing work in the locations with operations and beyond.

A significant amount of time has been invested in working with vendors and to assist in developing new solutions in fire and gas Life Safety. As a result, the company has been involved with a number of large projects with successful results.

With offices in Texas and Alaska, a full-time staff consisting of licensed, NICET certified senior technical people. Our professional expertise extends to a full complement of NICET level III & IV personnel certified in fire alarm and detection, special hazards and sprinkler design with RME status in various states. In addition, we have experienced and qualified personnel in security and CCTV.

ISG has a corporate commitment to dedicate substantial resources toward full factory training of all engineering/design and field personnel critical to that part of our mission which commits us to full "on-the-ground" service capability.
