Scope Of Work
Verona is happy to have a new Direct Primary Care Clinic - rootsMD, centrally located on Main St in Verona.
When the opportunity to build a state-of-the-art medical clinic was offered to Premier Building Solutions, Inc., our team was excited for the challenge. We worked closely with Dr. Preimesberger and CaS4 Architecture to find out what her wish list was for a new clinic while incorporating efficiency, confidentiality and safety.
Where once sat a tired old house, now is the home to a modern brand new clinic with 2 apartments located above the clinic. The exterior consists of LP siding and brick on the front and sides of the building. The versatile internal layout allows for easy access between the front entry and exam rooms. The clinic area has painted Amish cabinetry, LVT flooring and a welcoming covered porch on the 2nd floor. Large windows allow the natural light to flow throughout the clinic as well as both apartments. The apartments have granite countertops, painted Amish cabinetry and LVT flooring.
