Scope Of Work

This project was a complete demolition and rebuild of approximately 11,000 square feet of existing operatory rooms on the fourth floor of Franciscan Skemp/Mayo Hospital.

The coordination with the owner was critical on this project to ensure the hospital was able to keep their operations going while construction was occurring.

The finished Endoscopy wing incorporated procedure rooms, post operatory areas, locker rooms, waiting areas, storage rooms, mechanical rooms and a reception area.
