Scope Of Work
This 170,000 sq.ft. three story building includes 45 classrooms, 10 computer labs, a 100-person tiered lecture hall, faculty, staff and administrative offices. The Student Services area features admissions services, a welcome center and call center as well as centers for assessment, career and transfer, counseling, outreach and retention and space for academic advising, financial aid and veterans support.
Health Center II
This two story 18,000 sq.ft. building addition provides lab space for science and health services programs and general classrooms. The building features 14 classrooms, 4 computer labs, and 7 science laboratories, including a large prep room.
Learning Commons
This 30,000 sq.ft. student services addition is located in the Learning Commons that features a joint college and Harris County Branch Library. The library includes an internet café, computers and tutoring area.
