We've now been serving the Southeast since 2010. From day one, our goal was not to bid on any and every construction project under the sun. Our focus has been, and continues to be, on repeat business-first and foremost. Our primary tenet is to strengthen and nurture our relationships with core long-term clients, while steadily expanding into new relationships with the goal of engaging our new customers for the long term as well.

Everything we do is based upon open, honest communication, and an unwavering commitment to doing great work. For that reason, we will not use sub-standard subcontractors. We will only work with subcontractors and vendors that we pre-qualify and trust. Why? Because they are a direct reflection on us. So the same philosophy of growing our core, repeat business applies to our subcontractors too. The majority of subcontractors we employ have been doing business with our managers for more than 10 years.
