Bay Area Underpinning was founded in 2005 with the goal of providing a cost-effective, engineered solution to foundation settlement problems with an emphasis on educating customers to make them feel comfortable with the various methods of foundation repair.
In 2008 we partnered with Earth Contact Products, a leading underpinning systems manufacturer to offer the very best underpinning products in the industry, engineered to perform at the highest level.
Today we cover a large service area from San Jose to Sacramento and everywhere in between. We continue to focus on improving our customer’s experience by providing expertise and guidance for any kind of foundation repairs for your home.
