With over 28 years of experience in the Construction arena, Jim and Steve Winters are recognized as quality Florida homebuilders.

Jim and Steve grew up in Cleveland, Ohio. Jim developed a strong foundation in life attending business and marketing classes at Cleveland State University. Jim and Steve learned the construction business as carpenter’s apprentices. They worked very hard and mastered their skills working up to journeymen carpenters.

Jim and Steve Winters started their careers in the Florida construction business in 1981.

They worked in the Orange and Seminole county areas framing large homes, residential projects, apartment projects and condominiums.

Steve Winters excelled in finish carpentry and custom furniture building.

From 1993 to 1996, Jim was a standout project superintendent at Beazer Homes in Orlando. Jim never lost focus on the importance of customer service and he received additional training in management on large-scale construction projects.

Jim left Beazer and went back in business with his brother and started taking on renovation projects and later building custom homes.

Jim and Steve Winters truly have an understanding for the time and quality customers expect and deserve for their dream homes.
