D.H. Loder Construction, Inc.

D.H. Loder Construction was founded in Tracy, CA in 1989 by Dallen H. Loder who began working in construction at an early age along side of his brothers, his father and his grandfather. Prior to 1989 he worked for twelve years for a large general contractor in the bay area from carpenter apprentice through superintendent building high rise concrete buildings as well as high tech facilities, medical facilities, offices, restaurants and apartments. Dallen also completed a four year carpenter’s apprenticeship program through the carpenter’s union. 
 

Each year Dallen and some of the company’s employees can be found attending The International Builder’s Show, The World of Concrete, The Remodeler’s Show and JLC Live as well as attending, and in some cases teaching, several classes and seminars at these trade shows and other industry events. Continuing education and keeping up with the latest tools, equipment, techniques and management strategies is important to D.H. Loder Construction, Inc. We incorporated in 2002.

In the last twenty one years we have successfully completed hundreds of residential projects including custom homes, room additions of every type, garage conversions, kitchen and bath remodels, attached and detached garages, workshops, out buildings and many others.

We have also successfully completed hundreds of Commercial and Industrial projects from small projects and repairs to ground up construction. We work on warehouses, manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, tenant improvements, offices and other commercial structures.
