Fernanda Blanco leads the business through business development objectives, marketing, contract management, billing and accounting oversight. 

Ramon Blanco leads his team by overseeing the field work which is where he started his career. He is also one of our lead estimators and project managers. His philosophy of humility, integrity, and hard work is the cornerstone of the company.

Ross Avila is the newest addition to our Estimating team. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge, experience, and expertise acquired throughout his life at Avila Concrete.

Laura Barrios is the Office Manager and is in charge of payroll, waivers, accounts receivable, and many other tasks.
